#602: Hello Wello

Dear Blog

It's been awhile since i last blogged. Actually planned to blog before but i backspaced everything i typed when i am halfway through the post. Guess the blogging feel just disappeared?

Abit lazy to blog about stuff that happened quite back so shall update on the most recent event - that is going Krabi with my poly mates. Somehow felt awkward throughout the trip. I already tried my best not to feel already but i guess i still need time. The flight was on wed 10.25am so that means i have to be at the airport 2 hours before and adding to the fact that my dad told me to take public transport there, i woke up at 5am that day!

Was the first to reach, and soon came Noren, Shawn and Jayden. Was chit chatting about how heavy each our luggage was and weighing them etc, Then ys followed by Marcus came. Shahfiq who suggested whoever late will treat breakfast ended up late together with Wendi. While waiting for the queue to open, Wendi was laughing really loudly because 1) Shawn's luggage was super big, 2) Marcus was the ultimate backpacker, he able to fit 5days worth of clothes in his sch bag! Checked in our baggages and went to have Mac breakfast. :) Everyone reminded each other not to have milo as will lao sai. LOL After meal, we checked in to the arrival hall. Was kinda early so Shahfiq and Jayden (i think) bought baileys (is that how you spell?)

Dumb me put my earpiece in my luggage. Was practically bored to death for the 1.5hrs journey. ys has motion sickness and he damn smart, sat in between me and jayden. why is he sitting in the middle when he has air sickness?! luckily he didnt puke!

Reached Krabi and we kinda spent quite awhile inside before coming out cos we were sort of struggling to fill up the form, -.- Once reached, got onto "taxi" and off to our hotel. :) Ermm, i kinda got lazy blogging about the krabi trip already =/ so i shall do a summary okok? hehe So the first day once we reached the hotel we settle ourself down before meeting to walk walk. It rained at that time so shahfiq bought an umbrella and only Noren and I used cos we were carrying the most precious stuff - CAMERA. Cant believed i helped ys carry his bag! So we had lunch at an Italian cafe, after which we walked around to look for tours.

Spent $2500 baht for 2 days tours. The first day consisted of water rafting, ATV, flying fox, fish spa, elephant trekking, look at waterfall, elephant & monkey show. Really scare the shit outta me when i did the water rafting, though i got helmet and life vest, i cant swim and super scare that the boat capsized, which almost did once! But still considered fun. :)

For the second day the tour consist of visiting Phi Phi Island, mainly looking at scenery. We are allowed to snorkel too! Tried snorkeling but i got scared again cos it was too deep and was panicking. So ended up staying at the speed boat while the rest snorkeling. Told my dad i got scare and he kinda say me "why scare when u have life vest and near the boat?" -.- He was the one that said no water activities allowed before i went to Krabi one!!! ys got motion sickness again. HAHAHA Wendi also got motion sickness and she seems more like she is drunk!

4th day of Krabi we went to Krabi Town. Kinda disappointed as i didnt get to buy alot of stuff. Bought some souvenirs and that is abt all. Everyone planned to head back to the hotel as we decided to put back stuff and shop nearby our hotel. Last min shopping was not fun at all, but luckily managed to buy at least something for everyone in my family. :) Shopped till abt 11.30pm as that was when the shop closed, went back to the hotel to wash up and packed luggage. Was quite tired so went to bed early. Took taxi to the airport the next day and whoa-la i am back in Singapore.

Overall i would say i had fun during the trip (minus the awkwardness). Like to sit on the tu-tu (big or small), the sand on the beach super nice to step on too! Sharing room with Marcus and ys was funny cos we will everynight play game to decide who sleep where. haha

okay i shall stop here. i know the ending is quite abrupt. sorry!
